Happy February. A short month…and it kinda signifies the end of the worst part of winter (in the northern hemisphere). Granted March can be awful…but things are headed towards spring at that point. And you can almost feel the weather breaking.

It’s a short month…but don’t let it pass you by without setting a goal and seeing it through. It would be a good month to do a new thing every day – crunches, planking, taking the stairs to the office, eating an apple every day.
