I’m a big tea drinker. I still drink coffee occasionally, but every day, tea is involved somehow. If you’re trying to ease off the caffeine but want a lift in the morning consider green tea or any black tea.
A lot of green teas come flavored with other herbs. Mint green tea is really good hot or chilled. And a traditional English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast tea with a splash of milk or cream offers a nice pick up in the morning.
And if sleep and relaxation is what you want, chamomile, hops or any “sleepy time” tea will work.
Try it. You might ditch the daily coffee habit.
