The card in the past position is Six of Pentacles reversed. A lack of give and take. Mostly with money or material possessions, but this card can refer to anything. But that imbalance. Somebody giving and giving but never receiving. Or, the other way around. But it’s not equal or in moderation.
The card in the present position is Ten of Pentacles upright. This is a card of finally reaching a place of financial security. The “happy retirement” card. It’s about no longer having to worry about how you’re going to pay the bills or how you’re going to make ends meet. Money (or material possessions) is not an issue. Financial stability – a good card.
The future card is Seven of Pentacles upright. Wondering if work and effort and energy has been worth it. All this work you’ve put into something…what is it yielding? What is it producing? And is what it’s producing worth the work you put into it? This can be anything from starting a new business to a financial investment. Or even something like weeks (or months) of dieting and exercising and not seeing the scale move.
A clear focus on money and material goods this week. With the holidays ahead, it makes sense. We tend to give material gifts. Tangible things. And most of us spend a lot of money around this time of the year as well.
Be open to what calls you…
